Preparation process

1, the penicillin fermentation broth was concentrated by ultrafiltration membrane separation and nanofiltration membrane concentration to obtain the concentrated filtrate;

2, the concentrated filtrate is placed in a reaction tank, and immobilized penicillin acylase 4MU/m3 concentrated filtrate is added to carry out a conversion reaction to obtain 6-aminopenicillanic acid conversion solution;

3, said conversion liquid is decolorized by activated carbon and filtered to obtain 6-Amino Penicillanic Acid filtrate;

4, to the filtrate described in step c process add crystal seed, raise crystal, crystallization, filtration, washing, drying.
