Production method  

1, sulfuric acid method of copper powder in 600 ~ 700 ℃ for roasting, so that its oxidation made of copper oxide, and then by sulfuric acid decomposition, clarification and removal of insoluble impurities, cooling crystallization, filtration, drying, the production of copper sulfate finished products. The reaction formula is as follows

2Cu + O2→2CuO, CuO + H2SO4→CuSO4 + H2O

The industrial field of use

1、Electroplating industry as the main salt of full bright acid copper plating and copper ion additives.

2, Used as catalyst for synthesizing spices and dye intermediates in organic industry, and as polymerization inhibitor for methyl methacrylate.

3, Anhydrous salt is used to catalyze the transacetal reaction. Anhydrous salt reacts with potassium permanganate to generate an oxidizing agent for the conversion of primary alcohols.

4, Used in the manufacture of other copper salts such as cuprous chloride, copper chloride, copper pyrophosphate, cuprous oxide, copper acetate, copper carbonate, copper monoazo dyes such as reactive blue, reactive violet and so on.
